Independent Developer & AI Consultant

I help organizations build reliable, self-hosted AI systems that prioritize privacy, predictability, and long-term maintainability. My work focuses on production-grade infrastructure rather than wrappers or hype.

With a background in software engineering, I now work independently, advising teams on practical AI adoption. I emphasize first-principles thinking and draw from physics-informed approaches to build more robust and understandable systems.

Learning Journey

My path into AI started the way most durable learning starts: by taking systems apart, rebuilding them, and paying attention to where the abstractions leaked. I learned by shipping software, reading papers slowly, testing ideas against real constraints, and following the questions that kept showing up again.

Over time, the work became less about chasing the newest model and more about understanding what makes intelligent systems useful after the first demo. Memory, measurement, interface design, and safety became the throughline. Oxygen AI grew from that journey: a practical attempt to build AI systems that are inspectable, private, and reliable enough to trust.

Focus Areas

Self-Hosted AI Infrastructure

Production systems that run on your infrastructure with full data sovereignty.

Physics-Informed Systems

Applying geometric and first-principles thinking to improve model behavior and reasoning.

Trustworthy Agents

Building agents that feel like thoughtful colleagues rather than interfaces.

Independent Consulting

Helping teams move beyond vendor lock-in toward sustainable, controllable AI.

Current Work

I am currently developing Oxygen AI, focused on high-trust, self-hosted AI solutions for organizations that value control, privacy, and genuine reliability over flashy demos.
